Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package.

Please note that as all our pieces are handmade and made to order, 5-10 business days will be required before the order will dispatch.

Greece / Europe

For shipments to countries within the European Union orders dispatch as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office.

Delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days.

Oversees

For shipments to countries outside the European Union orders dispatch as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office.

Delivery time is between 10 to 12 business days.

Please note that if you place an order located outside the EU, import duties and taxes might occur by the local custom office. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes that are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information and more details.

Returns

We hope that you will love your order but if you do change your mind you have up to 7 days (from the date of the delivery) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied.  

If you wish to return your purchase please email to elena@elenajewelryconcepts.com so we can issue you with a returns code and our returns address. In your email please make sure you include all of the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your full name
  3. Item number or name
  4. Reason for return  

Please not that Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.

Returns postage is paid by the customer.

Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Elena Jewelry Concepts.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

We check everything before we ship it so please notify us immediately on receipt of your order if your item has been damaged in transit.

We recommend using a 'Signed For' delivery service to make sure your parcel reaches us, and retain your postage receipt. We can't accept responsibility for items that fail to get to us.
